First closed-beta build

• First build distributed to beta testers. Requires Windows 10 22H2 / Windows 11, 64-bit
• Checks 19 Windows defence settings (Microsoft Defender, firewall, UAC, Secure Boot, ...) every hour and notifies only on items that drift from the recommendation
• Can enable the four Defender features that are off by default (PUA protection, controlled folder access, network protection, ASR rules) from the app
• Includes developer-environment repair (dead PATH entries, startup items and services without a binary, network configuration), folder backups, a cleaner, a blocklist, and an optional local LLM
• The binary is not code-signed, so SmartScreen warns on first run; the SHA-256 is published on the distribution page
